President Trump claims to be operating as a patriotic public service-minded president, as he singlehandedly is destroying not only our nation but the formerly righteous Republican Party.
Although I have always been a registered Democrat, there have been many Republicans whom I have not only respected but have voted for some who I felt would be good for our country, or community.
My opinion is that if any Democrat would have committed even a few of the things that Trump has committed, the Republicans would have probably lynched them.
And I, in my heart, believe that if there is any Republican who doesn’t bow to Trump’s will or worship the ground he walks on, he won’t hesitate to throw them under the bus.
Make no mistake, I’m including his own family. It wouldn’t be the first time.
