Chose one of three opportunities to join the new Four Keys of Mindfulness four-week online course. Learn to reset, recharge and reframe using the four keys: concentration, wisdom, values and an open heart. The courses will consist of live sessions taught by certified Mindful Life Program teacher Cindy Schmidt and are supported by eight 30-minute videos. Courses also include a downloadable companion journal, 28-day meditation course and two months of the online Mindful Life Community membership in a new platform.
Course options include:
6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, April 14 through May 5. 9 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesdays, April 15 through May 6.Noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursdays, April 16 through May 7. Courses are $150, with payment plans and scholarships available.
