Gazak is a retired urologist/pediatric urologist who spent the last seven to eight years doing work with two different hospice and palliative care groups in North Carolina.
The group will function as a hospice support group and is a venue for patients and families struggling with diseases such as dementia and other terminal illnesses.
All are invited. There is no charge for the sessions.
