Red Ball Express is a primary fundraiser for the four Rotary clubs in the county. They use the money for their community service projects. Alpine Bank provides corporate sponsorship. This year’s $5,000 Red Ball winner is Pete Varney from Durango.
Pine River Rotary meets at noon on Wednesdays at Tequila’s in downtown Bayfield. Visitors are welcome.
