The topic of discussion will be “Birding El Triunfo, Chiapas, Mexico,” and will be given by Kristi Streiffert.
Streiffert will present a virtual visit to a remote and rugged cloud forest in southern Mexico. Only a handful of tourists are allowed into Triunfo Biosphere Reserve each year. Visit this protected and endangered habitat through photographs and videos and through stories from a former “Living Bird” writer who visited the reserve in the early 2000s.
