Democrats vying to run against Scott Tipton will debate Monday at library

Karl Hanlon, Diane Mitsch Bush and Arn Menconi are competing in the June primary to run against U.S. Rep. Scott Tipton, a Republican, in the November election.

The 90-minute debate will address the top the priorities of three candidates.
