Restore the Balance will host a La Plata Watch Party 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 21 in Noble Hall Room 130 at Fort Lewis College, 1000 Rim Drive. Doors will open at 6:15 p.m.
The livestream from Colorado Mesa University will feature guest speaker David French, who will discuss “Election 2026 – America Divided.” French is an author, attorney, lecturer and New York Times columnist. He will be offering his insights into the state of politics and political division today, with a special emphasis on the Constitution, the rule of law, threats to our civil liberties and election integrity. His bestselling book, “Divided We Fall: America’s Secession Threat and How to Restore Our Nation,” discusses the dangers of political division in the United States and proposes solutions for unity.
