This (Herald, June 28) is an atrocity to local public opinion. The Zinks and the predominantly aging e-bikers who advocated for this have no right to go 20 miles per hour on an occasionally sub-par paved and pedestrian path.
Somebody will be hurt or injured over this, undoubtedly. Wow, nice job Mayor Dick White and company.
