I have lived in Durango for more than 50 years and have known Jodi Zuber for more than 30 of them. Jodi is the daughter of one of my best friends, and our families have been close ever since. From early on, I saw how she put her all into everything she did – high morals, strong work ethic, admired and respected by those who know her.
In high school, Jodi excelled academically and in sports, stayed active in her church, was always there to help friends and worked in her family’s businesses, learning what it takes to manage and support them. No matter the task, she gave it her full effort.
As she grew into adulthood, Jodi continued to stay involved with family, community and work – consistently volunteering while balancing responsibilities in her family’s businesses. She learned to wear many hats and never shied away from hard work. I was so impressed that I eventually offered her a job at my company. She quickly learned the work and became one of our best employees.
Jodi Zuber would make an outstanding LPEA board member. She cares deeply about this community and will work hard to serve it well. You won’t find a better choice.
