All interested parties, whether for or against retail stores and regulations, should make plans to attend and be heard. As a community we are entitled to speak to our elected government officials and ask that the law be followed.

It is high time that Durango stops kicking the can down the road. We ought to be able to plan for a few retail establishments to join our city. We need the tax dollars and the safety the law affords.
