It should come as great relief to you that in this crazy election year there is one easy choice on the ballot. Vote “Yes” on 3B to improve our schools and create a brighter future for Bayfield.

Vote “Yes” on 3B because our young students deserve better.

Bayfield Primary School is the highest priority school replacement project in the state. Overcrowding, health, and safety issues have reached a breaking point and our students deserve better.

These facts were acknowledged by the Building Excellent Schools Today (BEST) board of directors when our district was awarded an 8.5-million-dollar grant. The BEST grant is contingent upon your “Yes” vote. Don’t let 8.5 million dollars slip away!

Vote “Yes” on 3b because you are proud of our community.

Bayfield families support each other like no other community I’ve ever seen. When someone is sick, we bring food and hold fundraisers. When the kids have a soccer game, we fill Joe Stephenson park with parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles to cheer them on.

When it’s time to improve and build better schools because they are outdated and overstuffed, we vote YES on 3B.

Vote “Yes” on 3B because we are depending on you.

If 3B fails to pass, what will we do? We have already filled up a previously abandoned building deemed unfit for students 20 years ago. We have already filled additional modulars outside with even more students. We squeeze more than 50 teachers into a computer lab designed for 28 children at staff meetings, often forcing teachers to sit on the floor.

Teachers and students can make ends meet for a little while longer but we are depending on you to pitch in and show that you care!

Vote “Yes” on 3B because you have the power to create positive change in your community and you want to be proud of our schools.
