Ordinance O-2013-11 is a false attempt to make a real positive impact on our environment. The facts say this ordinance is a new tax and a huge amount of legislation for a non-existent problem. It was brought to you by the passions of the radical minority, and I encourage all Durangoans to vote by Nov. 5 “against the ordinance (in favor of repeal).”
