Applicants must have owned and occupied a house within city limits on Dec. 31 and lived there for at least 10 months. The person who files must be the owner of the property on which utilities were paid in 2014.

Applications are available at City Hall, the Senior Center and at http:/www.durangogov.org/rebates. An application must be submitted by May 15.
