The Denver Post reports the Regional Transportation District marked the milestone with a rider appreciation ceremony, featuring free coffee and light refreshments, Friday morning at Central Park station.
The Regional Transportation District says the 23-mile A-Line has traveled more than 8 million miles between Union Station and the airport since it opened in April 2016.
The transportation agency says the A-Line carries an average of 20,600 passengers a day.
