Trails 2000 is working with Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado’s Outdoor Stewardship Institute to offer the training program that introduces trail crew leadership and the fundamentals of successful volunteer crew management.
The sessions are open to all levels of trail experience. Attendees will learn and practice construction and maintenance of sustainable trails, leadership strategies and techniques, tool use and safety.
Upon completion, interested and qualified crew leaders may be hired to assist with trail work projects.
Registration is required by April 5.
