Executive Director Bob Kunkel and his staff will lay out their plans from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Feb. 4 at the Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.

Among topics on the agenda are the Welcome Center, the organization’s website and its social media efforts.
