With their CSArt program, participants can get eight pieces of art from local artists over a four-month period and feel good about supporting the local community.
Studio &, which recently celebrated its five-year anniversary, started the highly successful CSArt program three years ago. It’s modeled after the Community Supported Agriculture programs of local farms, except these purchases aren’t edible.
For $350 per share, plus tax, participants will receive four pieces of artwork in a hand-silk-screened tote bag at pickup parties on July 30 and Oct. 22. Participants also will receive two bonus gifts, one at each party. It comes to about $44 per art piece. Out-of-town participants can add $50 for shipping.
A total of 40 shares are available for CSArt, so get them while they’re hot to receive some one-of-a-kind pieces and help your local art scene to thrive.
Buy shares beginning Wednesday at www.anddurango.com or stop at Studio & at 1027 Main Ave.
