The workshop will cover how to reduce chronic stress and create a foundation of greater calm and peacefulness through simple daily steps. Students will also learn to use proven methods such as a “calming trigger” to minimize debilitating acute stress reactions and maintain greater clarity, calmness and effectiveness during moments of elevated tension.
