Julius Randle’s 17 first-half points staked No. 18 Kentucky (10-3) to a 41-36 halftime lead over No. 6 Louisville (11-2) before the 6-9 forward went to the locker room early in the second with leg cramps. Kentucky, even without its talented freshman, earned Bluegrass State bragging rights before 24,396 in Rupp Arena on Saturday in Lexington, Ky., with a 73-66 victory. “I thought we grew up,” Kentucky head coach John Calipari said. “We looked like a basketball team (Saturday).”
