Only six years young, the Grand View Vikings’ football program dived right in. Davion Hurst and undefeated Grand View (14-0) won the NAIA championship with a 35-23 upset victory over No. 1 Cumberlands on Saturday in Rome, Ga., the city’s final NAIA championship as the game now switches to Daytona Beach, Fla., for the next three years.
