Team Rubicon boasts a 40,000-strong, highly-skilled veteran volunteer force that helps communities stabilize and recover after devastating natural disasters. The team gives military veteran volunteers a renewed sense of purpose, community and identity by giving them the opportunity to continue their service through disaster response.

Team Rubicon has responded to more than 160 disasters since its inception after the 2010 Haiti earthquake. The organization unites the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency-response teams.
