I’m more concerned that information gained is shared and acted upon. I send no messages for which I’d be embarrassed or threatened to have a computer scan for suspicious patterns. If I received such, I’d like it scrutinized. We can’t have it both ways, as in, “Leave me alone, but get information to protect all of us.” Perhaps the ends justify the means. No harm, no foul.
