The sixth annual River Run for Orphans took place Saturday morning at the Fort Lewis College clock tower. The event’s organizer, Gerry Geraghty, said participating groups who gathered pledges for the event will be able to donate money to the organization of their choice related to orphans, foster care or adoption.
