Diana Cruz, Durango Education Foundation executive director, will speak to the club.
The foundation started in 1984 as a single scholarship fund and developed into a valuable resource for Durango School District 9-R. Preschool through 12th-grade students, teachers, staff and administrators receive support for programs, materials and technology that exceed the district budget.
The meeting is free and open to all.
