The Rockies put together a two-out rally in the sixth against A.J. Burnett. Nolan Arenado doubled to score Michael Cuddyer, Jonathan Herrera walked, and pinch-hitter Charlie Blackmon doubled to tie the game 3-all.
Fowler laced a two-run single to end Burnett’s night.
Burnett (5-8) allowed six runs – five earned – on eight hits while striking out eight in 5 2/3 innings.
