ROAR is a community-driven, grassroots, prevention and health-promotion coalition that aims to increase healthy, positive youth development while improving the well-being of the community. ROAR’s efforts focus on middle school and high school students, as well as parents and other trusted adults.

ROAR’s 12 advisory council members represent various sectors – including youths, parents, schools, law enforcement, youth-serving agencies, faith-based entities, media, businesses, local and tribal governments and various health care representatives.
