RRSL stops in the following communities on its north- and south-bound runs: Durango, Mancos, Cortez, Dolores, Rico, Telluride, Placerville, Ridgway, Montrose, Delta and Grand Junction. The Denver-Durango trip can be completed in one day, in either direction, with no overnight stay in Grand Junction. One-way fares Durango-Denver range from $81-$108, depending on how tickets are purchased. One-way airfares Durango-Denver range from $253 to $396.

The service is a partnership of SUCAP, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and Greyhound Lines, Inc.. The route is subsidized with federal funds in the amount of $286,000 for 2015.
