Riverview is making a commitment to minimize chemical applications on school grounds. The work party will start an effort to engage in organic land-management practices for the coming year.
Bee Happy Lands will supply compost-tea fertilizer, and participants will overseed and compost a newly aerated lawn, post pesticide-free signs and complete other ground-improvement projects.
Students, parents, staff and administrators are welcome to attend.
