Then, overnight, it sprouted a creative handsome head that made me grin each time I saw it (for the few days the police allowed it to entertain us). From then on, it was interesting to watch for the decorations that might be added with the holidays, until the night it was seriously vandalized. Now the sculptor wants to sue us for an outrageous price to repair it?

I think it should be moved, as is, to the entrance of the Tech Center, which would have been a better place for it anyhow. Then, we should seriously consider the suggestion made by Rick Bourret to decorate medians with historic items (Letters, Herald, June 5). His ideas are so much more appropriate and would be truly interesting and representative of our history.
