The class is available for infants from newborn to 9 months.
Mercy Regional Medical Center Touch Love and Compassion staff and International Association of Infant Massage Educators, Julie Ninis and Lynda Berger will facilitate the class.
The course provides massage instruction and handouts that build on each other over the course. Benefits include interaction, stimulation, relief and relaxation. Benefits for parents may include better understanding of their baby, relaxation, positive-quality time activity and improved sleep.
