Yoga instructor Colleen Theobold will show simple yoga poses and mindfulness techniques to help improve skiing ability. Theobold will show ways to prevent injuries, even out muscle imbalances, improve strength and relax areas of tightness. Each class will focus on different poses.

Early bird pricing is $25 for all four classes or $8 per class if paid at the door.

The group will not meet Nov. 21.
