Pine River Library to offer food-fermentation classes

Wendy Rice of the La Plata County Extension Office will lead a class about how to make pickles and fermented-vegetable mixes from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 29.“Sourdough Basics” will be offered from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 6.
