A paraglider sails above Smelter Mountain on Tuesday morning, taking advantage of warmer temperatures moving into the area. Sunny skies will return Wednesday with a high temperature of 57 degrees in Durango, according to the National Weather Service. Rain and snow showers will move in Wednesday night, with snow accumulation of up to 2 inches possible. Rain mixed with snow showers is forecast for Thursday, with a high of 45.
