No doubt, improvements at the airport will come at a higher cost in the long run while adding more inconveniences to air travelers in the short run. It would appear that the best decision would be to bite the bullet and make the investment in a new terminal rather than continue the piece together an overcrowded, outdated terminal. Improved air travel with a new, more modern airport terminal will benefit the entire area and provide a boost to the local economy.
