Owner of DeNovo Health Advocacy achieves CSA certification

The CSA certification compliments her health care experience and allows her to address the La Plata County senior community.

Services include supporting communication among client and provider, exploring treatment options, reviewing and helping manage medications, preparing for and accompanying the client to medical appointments, identifying and making appropriate resource referrals, providing hospital inpatient liaison, coordinating transitions of care, assisting with end-of-life planning, and facilitating medical tourism.
