There are spots available in the Ladies Mountain Bike Clinic, scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 25 and from 9 a.m. to noon July 26.

The price for two days of training is $200. There will be one coach to every six students. Bring a mountain bike, helmet, gloves, drinks and snacks.
