There has never been a betrayal of the public trust like the one Congress is about to perpetrate on the American people. The Armed Services Committee has included in the 2027 National Defense Authorization Act a proposal that would integrate the military forces of the United States with those of Israel. The Intelligence Authorization Act also includes language – Section 622 – to integrate the intelligence services of each nation.
Specifically, Section 224 of the NDAA establishes a new U.S.-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative designed to accelerate joint research, development, and integration of Israeli military technologies into U.S. military systems and vice versa. The areas of cooperation would include, but not be limited to, anti-drone tech, missile and air defense, AI and quantum computing, directed energy weapon systems, and establishment of joint research, development and production capabilities.
And if it wasn’t bad enough that Trump listened to Netanyahu and attacked Iran, he had an owned Congress include Section 224 and Section 622. AIPAC certainly has been reaping its investment in the U.S. Congress. Several hundred current members of Congress – roughly 360 to 400 – received contributions from AIPAC PACs ($45 million-plus in calendar year 2024).
The American military must maintain sovereignty and never be sold for Zionists’ goals. That is exactly what this proposal is. The IDF has been engaged in the systematic criminal genocide of the Palestinian people. We cannot and never should be a party to Israeli genocide. The American people must demand our sovereignty from Israel.
