Two recent events really demonstrate his profound lack of qualifications for the office he holds. The death of the ambassador and three of his aides in the terrorist attack on the embassy in Benghazi, Libya, is a perfect example of lies and excuses from the highest levels of our executive branch of government.

I served with the infantry in Vietnam, and more than once we would have a small unit (squad or platoon) cut off and in danger of being overrun. I don’t recall ever considering not trying to save them because there was not enough time to attempt a rescue. Who is going to judge if there is enough time?

This excuse by the White House that there wasn’t enough time to attempt a rescue of Americans in danger of death is pretty disgusting. If the administration thinks this little of an ambassador, imagine what the fate of an ordinary citizen would be.

The recent disclosure that the Internal Revenue Service has been waging financial war against ordinary citizens who are politically incorrect should come as no surprise to anyone. Does anyone with any common sense believe the nonsense out of the White House that IRS actions against tea party patriots, etc., was conceived and executed by low-level IRS employees in the Cincinnati IRS office? If you do, I have large bridge in San Francisco to sell cheap.

This latest attack on freedom by the White House reminds one of actions by the Nazis in Hitler’s Germany. But, of course, our leader in the White House has no responsibility for what the IRS does, because he truly is ignorant.

Oh, by the way if the White House doesn’t know, the IRS is part of the Treasury department and the commissioner is appointed by the president.
