Like the professional boxer and his professional NFL linebacker of a son, Gary Norton has compiled quite the Gridiron Green résumé in 2013.

He has six weeks of double-digit victories, including a pair of 11s in Week 2 and Week 8. Only this 11 net the Durangoan a Week 10 victory, just one point ahead of Week 8 winner “clarkbar” and five others.

It was a tough week, too.

Five of our previous Gridiron Green champions languished at .500 in Week 10, including this Gridiron Guru.

My one redeeming quality from my 7-7 was picking the Buccaneers to get off the schneid against the Dolphins.

A special shout-out to our overall Gridiron Green leader and his “one smart Cocker Spaniel” – Mr. Bojangles. The man behind the dog was one of those Week 10 10s and has an aggregate 103 points, two points ahead of our current runner-up.
