Family and friends of Jimmy R. Newton Jr. and other well-wishers attended the dedication of Jimmy R. Newton Jr. Memorial Road on Tuesday. Newton, the youngest chairman of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, died March 31, 2014. He was 37.
