A family of geese walked into Camino del Rio about noon Sunday into traffic on the east side of the street. “As I stopped to photograph them, a young woman stopped alongside of me to stop traffic coming both ways to allow the geese to safely cross. They made it across the street, and were probably on their way to the Animas River,” said Eric Pahlke, who was in the right place at the right time.
