Having attended Snowdown events over 20 years, I experienced Snowdown evolve from outdoor fun to bar games. Snowdown should focus more how to have fun without relying on drinking games.

Kudos to San Juan Basin Health Department for taking the initiative to apply the Healthy Event Seal of Approval to a handful of Snowdown activities.

Future Snowdowns and the community as a whole would benefit from hosting more events with this designation.
