Crews led by Boone have built more than 500 miles of shared-use and purpose-built trails for all abilities in the United States and internationally.
Boone will appear at the Pagosa Area Trails Council Public Lands Day Celebration from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 24 at Coyote Hill on the Piedra Road.
