The course costs $100 and will provide nutrition counseling, body composition analysis and a guidebook about fitness and nutrition. Topics include the science of obesity, hormone regulation, microbiome and gut health, low-carbohydrate nutrition, mindful eating, cognitive skills, sleep, stress and exercise.
