To enter the chili cook-off, participants must bring 1 gallon of ready-to-serve chili and a $10 entry fee. Depending on the numbers, there may be two categories, red or green. The grange will provide crackers, cheese, onions and beverages.
Everyone is encouraged to bring a dessert or special food item to auction off. The proceeds from the auction will be used to help needy families in the area with their electric bills.
