Hotter joined LPEA in 2016 as storekeeper, and worked with warehouse operations, purchasing and line crews to ensure equipment and tools were stocked and available.
Dalton Hotter is from Durango, earned a degree in marketing management from Western Governors University and started an initial career in construction.
The program is sanctioned by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the Department of Labor.
