Wills, in his new role, will now manage all LPEA employees and operations in Archuleta County.

Wills has worked for LPEA since 1983. He was hired initially as a meter-reader collector; earned his journeyman lineman certification in 1989; was promoted to working foreman, a position he held for nearly 22 years; and was promoted to Pagosa line superintendent in 2015 before his most recent title change.
