Appointed to serve on the subcommittee were LPEA board members Guinn Unger, Britt Bassett, Bob Lynch, Rachel Landis and Dan Huntington.

Members are tasked to develop a mission statement, vision and procedural list for the subcommittee, which will be presented to the board during a meeting March 21, with the goal to have it finalized before the annual meeting May 12.
