After La Plata County submitted its petitions requesting a market modification, there were two opposition statements filed by New Mexico broadcasters, and La Plata County filed responses with the FCC to those statements, reaffirming our justification for a market modification. Thanks to all of you who filed comments supporting La Plata County’s petitions requesting a market modification to allow satellite providers to offer Denver broadcast television to subscribers in Southwest Colorado.
