ASSE International Student Exchange Programs is looking for local families to host boys and girls between the ages of 15 to 18 from a variety of countries.
The exchange students have pocket money for personal expenses and full health, accident and liability insurance. Students are selected based on academics and personality, and host families can choose their students from a variety of backgrounds, countries and personal interests.

High Noon Rotary to meet Thursday
The Durango High Noon Rotary Club will meet from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.
The cost for lunch is $15. John Wolgamott will speak on the Southwest Colorado Accelerator Program for Entrepreneurs.
‘Autism In Love’ to be screened in Mancos
The documentary film “Autism In Love” will be screened at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Mancos Public Library, 211 West First St. in Mancos.
In the film, four adults at different places on the autism spectrum open up their personal lives as they navigate dating and romantic relationships. A community discussion will follow the screening and resources about supporting people with autism will be available.

Veterans committee to serve breakfast
The Durango Elks Lodge Veterans Committee will serve breakfast from 9 to 11 a.m. the first and third Sunday of the month at the Elks Lodge, 901 East Second Ave.
Participants should use the Ninth Street entrance. The cost is $5 for veterans and $6 for non-veterans
